Breathwork
The power of breathwork allows us to tap into our our subconscious and delve deep into our psyche through breath. It allows us the space to re-wire our nervous system and process deep emotions that are stored in the body. Very small amounts of DMT are naturally released through the process of breathing. You go on a healing journey to fall back into your power that is aching to be found and recreated.
Energy Healing
Energy healing is the process of clearing and cleansing ones energetic field from what no longer serves you in your highest good. Clients come to me when their energetic felid no longer matches the frequency of life that they want. This begins with the process of tapping into my clairvoyance as I bring you deep into a mediation. I tap into your energetic felid, taking a deep look into your chakras as well as your aura. Clearing out and moving energy. As I channel and describe what I'm seeing and healing, past loved ones or ancestral energies may come to communicate and give messages for ones healing.
